#6 Delicious and Healthy

Hello Dear Friends!
Like everybody I love sweets! However if I want to change I have to put the sweets away and bring something healthy in!

Fruits are one of the best things when it comes to putting are favorite candies away! I am a huge fan of fruits in general! During the summer I love making cold smoothies with them or even ice creams! There is a lot of things you can make with fruits!

My favorite thing to make on daily basis is to do a fruit salad. You take your favorite fruits and put them in a bowl! Amazing! <3 If you like you can add some grains and a little bit of yogurt into it and it taste delicious!

I know today's post was pretty short but I am busy right now and I didn't want to not write anything today! Thank you for reading and I will see you pretty soon!

#5 Water

Hello Dear Friends!
Everybody knows that water is the most needed thing for a person! We can not survive more than few days without water!

That is why when we are on different diets we need to drink lots and lots of water. A female should drink 2.2  liters (9 cups) of water per day, and a male should drink at least 3 liters (13 cups) of water.

If you don't like the taste of water just add some fruits and lemon and the water already taste better :)

One of my biggest problem is that, when I drink a bottle of water I need to go to the bathroom like 2 times in 15 minutes! I read somewhere that when you start drink more water after a period of time your body gets used to it and you don't have to pee that much. Also you get used to it and drinking water becomes your daily routine. So I guess I just need to start drinking more water and I'll be good :)

#4 Sport

Hello Dear Friends!
Diets and healthy food are not everything if it comes to staying healthy. Changing your diet is the first step. Now we need to go further! Exercise is the second step to a healthy life!

I think many of us do not feel confident with our body! I don't feel confident with mine! I tried to exercise on my one in my room but it only worked for few days! Always something as they say! hah :) If you have a friend who wants to start exercise go and do it with them because you can cheer each other up! :)

If you are a sport type of person it is amazing. Playing sports like soccer, tennis, volleyball etc. it's a really good for you. Playing with team is more enjoyable than exercising by your self... I love to play soccer however the season for girls is in spring. So I need to do something this winter. In my school we have bowling and basketball. I am very bad at basketball so I decided to do bowling instead. To be honest I never played bowling so don't even know if I'll be on the team hah :D We'll see (:

#3 Pescetarianism

Hello Dear Friends!
For past few days I was wondering about becoming a vegetarian. However I am a huge fan of sea food and fish in general! So I started looking up on internet stuff about vegetarians and vegans and I accidentally stopped on this page http://www.huffingtonpost.com/. Read the title "5 Reasons To Become A Pesceterian" and I wanted to know more about pesceterianism.

You may wondering "What is a pescetarian?" Well pescetarianism, or pesco-vegetarianism, means being vegetarian while still including seafood in your diet. One still cuts out red meat, pork, poultry, etc. from his or her diet like a vegetarian, but does not cut out fish and other seafood. (taken from http://www.huffingtonpost.com/)

After reading this article I am more interested with becoming a pesco-vegetarian. I know it maybe hard but I think it is worth trying. 

As you know it won't be easy to change. Especially with my family... As i told you before I am a polish girl and polish kitchen isn't  the healthiest one. Every Sunday we have a really good dinner, we have chicken (I love chicken) or pork. I am used to eating this kind of food so I know it is going to be really hard to cut this off!
