#2 Changes

Hello Dear Friends!
As I told you in my last post I wanna make this blog about healthy way of life! However I am only 15 so I don't really know many things! I am thinking about changing my life in big and healthy way, but this is going to be in next post :)

Some people say that "You Are What You Eat". I kind of believe that, because people who eat fast foods, chips, drink lots of sodas and that are not in good shape, may have higher risks of health problems. However people who take care about themselves have lower risk of having a heart attack and other cardiovascular diseases.

Personally I am not a really healthy person and I know I need to change it! That is why I started  this blog. To help myself gather more information and share my experiences with you!
